For inhalation:
1.Mix 4-5 drops of Aroma Oil with water on the burner and light it.
2.Drop the oil onto cotton balls and towels and place them at the corners of the room, or other desired areas. The scent from the oil will encompass the area.

For relaxing bathtime: Wet a bath sponge or a loofah and drop the oil onto it or mix the oil in the bathtub as desired.

Do not let the oil be in direct contact with the skin. Burning sensation may occur. Dilute it with other types of oil such as carrier oil, coconut oil, sunflower seed oil and almond oil before use.
