We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. We hope you are always satisfied with your Kambio Nature order. However, we understand there may be occasions when you need to return a product. Please review the information below for our return and exchange policies.

Return Policy

  • Returns must be made within 5 days of the receipt date for a refund.
  • Merchandise must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
  • We regret that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Include the reason for your return on the front side of your receipt or packing slip.

    • Note: You are responsible for return shipping and handling charges unless the merchandise received is damaged (see Damaged Products Policy).
  • Record your tracking number as we cannot issue a refund until we confirm receipt of the returned merchandise. We are not responsible for lost packages.
  • Only items purchased from www.kambionature.com can be returned. Items purchased elsewhere can’t be returned or exchanged through us.
  • Empty containers can’t be accepted for refunds.

Exchange Policy

We are happy to exchange any merchandise that is defective, damaged, or unused. If you need to exchange a product:

  • Exchanges are accepted for items purchased on www.kambionature.com within 7 days of buying.
  • Include the product you wish to exchange and your receipt. Show on the receipt the item(s) you want in exchange.
  • If there is a cost difference, our customer service team will contact you.
  • You are responsible for shipping and handling charges for exchanges.

Damaged Products Policy

If you get a product that is broken or damaged, contact customer service within 7 days for a replacement. The product can’t be replaced after 7 days.

Payment & Shipping

Delivery Times:

  • Phnom Penh: Delivered by GRAB EXPRESS within 1-2 business days.
    • Fee: $1.50 – $2.00
  • Siem Reap: Delivered by J&T Express within 2-3 business days.
    • Fee: $2.00 – $2.50
  • Other Provinces: Delivered by J&T Express within 2-3 business days. Fees start from $2.00.

FREE DELIVERY for orders over $35.

Payment Methods: Just via ABA Pay or credit card available on our website. We do not accept cash upon delivery.

International Shipping: Our checkout system now supports shipping within Cambodia only. If you are traveling or staying in Cambodia, you can place an order on our website. The order will be delivered directly to your hotel or suite. We accept international credit card purchases on our website. For international orders, please contact us directly at order@kambionature.com for a shipping cost estimate to your country. Orders with addresses outside Cambodia are non-refundable.
